Luscious and accessable. The ripe, peppery fruit is complimented by
aging in a combination of french and american oak. Drinking beautifully now,
it will keep a further 3-4 years.

Stunning Rhone blend, using 50 year old vines. The wine spends 24 months
in oak, and the result is spectacular. Opulent layers of dark berry fruit, with
touches of coffee, tobacco layered over the spicy oakiness and ripe fruit.
A massive wine that will keep for 5 or more years.

Made from 24 year old vines, this shows dense blackberry fruit, with substantial tannins
and a delicate touch of mint character. Decant early if drinking now. Will keep 10 years.
Pinot Noir, 2008, Hamilton Russell, Hemel-en-Aarde Valley £152.58 per case of 6
A world class Pinot Noir. Dark spicy fruit flavours are now complemented by savoury
"sous bois" characters. Almost Burgundian in character, this is drinking well now, but
will keep for anothe 8-10 years.
