Bouvet Ladubay Saumur Brut NV
The Loire Valley's finest sparkling wine. Produced from Chenin Blanc, this is light and elegant, with appley fresh acidity. Perfect as an aperitif or a party wine.
Champagne Forget-Brimont, Brut 1er Cru NV
Powerful, Pinot dominated Champagne from the 1er Cru village of Ludes on the Montaigne de Reims. This has tremendous depth of flavour, making it suited as a food wine as well as an aperitif. Drinking beautifully now, but will keep.
Champagne Forget-Brimont, Rosé 1er Cru NV
Delightful rosé, packed with succulent red fruit character. This is a surprising blend of power and elegance. Perfect Christmas drinking, but will last into the warmer weather of summer.

A juicy blend of noble Alsace varieties. Full bodied and rich, with soft peachy fruit, balanced by superb acidity. Dry yet fruity, this has sufficient power to accompany fish or white meat.

Aconcagua Valley, Errazuriz
Aromas of green pepper give way to opulent fruit on the palate. A hint of herbaceousness and delightful citric acidity. Tremendous intensity and length.
Bernkasteler Lay Riesling Kabinett 2007

Delicate floral aromas give way to sweet, ripe fruit on the palate. This is balanced by gentle, citric acidity. A classic off-dry Mosel, defined by elegance and finesse.
Pinot Blanc 2008
Alsace, Josmeyer
This was the outstanding wine on a recent tour to Alsace. Produced using biodynamic methods this has incredible intensity. Dry, but with ripe white peach flavours and considerable power. Superb with white meat.
